The History of Bellmans Sussex Auctions
Bellmans actually began life in Pulborough but quickly outgrew the premises. They popular auctioneers has been situated in their Wisborough Green location for twenty-five years, taking over a second warehouse on the site in 2011 as business flourished.
Many of you might recognise Bellmans Managing Director, Jonathan Pratt. An expert in his field, Jonathan has featured on both BBC1’s Bargain Hunt and BBC2’s Antiques Road Trip, helping teams make profit on their antique finds.

Our lunch menu is full of delicious starters such as scallops and duck liver parfait. Second courses range are all homely favourites such as cottage pie, scampi, or rib eye steak with chunky chips.
Popping in for dinner? Served from 6pm, indulge in creamy tagliatelle, fillet of seabass, or our own unique blend of authentic Indian spices in the Haywards curry. There is something to satisfy every palette.

Directions to Bellmans Auctioneers From Us
Bellmans is just a minute or so up the road from us and getting there couldn’t be easier whether driving, walking or cycling.
The Bat and Ball is set just off of the lane so, when leaving us, make sure you turn right onto Newpound Lane. You will reach the main road (B2133) in no time at all. Here, turn left out of the junction. After passing the car garage on your right, keep your eyes peeled for the Bellmans sign and buildings. There is ample parking.
Bellmans are open Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
Valuations take place on Tuesdays and Thursday 9.30am – 1pm and 2pm – 4.30pm.
